State Senator, and gubernatorial candidate, Joe Kenney (R-Wakefield) traveled to Washington D.C., earlier this week.
While in D.C., Kenney attended a meeting organized by Grover Norquist and Americans for Tax Reform.
"He spoke about the changes in New Hampshire and the importance of ‘Keeping New Hampshire, New Hampshire'. He was interrupted by applause when he said the state of NH did not want to become Massachusetts," said State Rep. Casey Crane, his campaign coordinator.
Kenney also met with officials at the Republican Governors Association.
