Horn rakes in $75,000

Second Congressional District Republican candidate Jennifer Horn (R-Horn) will report raising between $72,000 to $75,000.

"We feel very good about this kind of start from someone who didn't get into this race that long ago,'' campaign manager Zack Condry told The Nashua Telegraph.

Horn's primary opponent, State Sen. Bob Clegg (R-Hudson) reported that he has $82,000 cash on hand.

Horn's cash on hand figure was not reportd.

Missed the Point

Brian,

You missed the point here. The real numbers to compare are Cleggs and hers and she raised $75,000 and he raised $19,000. This is astounding. For someone who has been around as long as he has and to have her almost raise three times as much is amazing.

Clegg will continue to have more money as he will write himself checks but it is interesting to see the difference in support they are getting from other people.

Exactly! I was wondering

Exactly! I was wondering when someone else was going to make this point - the story is that Clegg has been in NH politics for 20 years and he ONLY raised 19,000! Where are the news reporters on this?
