Bosse Pledges to Protect Taxpayers
Calls for Spending Discipline from Out of Control Congress

(Concord)  Hillsboro Republican Grant Bosse today stood up for low taxes and limited spending by signing the federal Taxpayer Protection Pledge. Americans for Tax Reform calls on candidates for Congress to promise not to raise marginal income tax rates, and to hold down the overall level of taxation on American families.

“Congress has been using our credit card to support its out of control spending, and today we have to pay the bill,” said Bosse. “Today we say enough to high taxes, enough to unlimited spending, and enough of people like Paul Hodes and Nancy Pelosi abusing our tax dollars.”

This spring Paul Hodes supported a budget that would increase taxes and spending by $683 billion, which would be the largest tax increase in history. Bosse explained the federal government has more than enough money to meet its needs, but not enough to pay for Hodes’ and Pelosi’s spending habits.

“We need more candidates who know it’s not a revenue problem, it’s a spending problem,” Bosse continued. “The way to cut our mounting deficits is to control spending, not raise taxes.”

Bosse’s campaign is centered on freeing the economy from earmarks and over-regulation, winning the war against Islamic Fascism, and securing our borders. For more information on Bosse’s campaign, go to www.Bosse2008.com
