For Immediate Release NH Dems Announce New Executive Director (Concord) - Today, Ray Buckley, chair of the New Hampshire Democratic Party announced his selection of Manchester native David Scannell as Executive Director. Scannell is a graduate of Colby College and University of Maine Law School. From 2000-2004, he served as Assistant to the Mayor for Legislative Affairs and Community Relations. Most recently, Scannell coordinated school and community relations for the Manchester School District.

"His diverse legal, managerial, and political experience will be a perfect addition already skillful and energetic team as we work to expand our majorities in the State House, re-elect Gov.
