State Rep. Pam Manney (R-Goffstown) has officially declared that she is running for Hillsborough County Commissioner against current Commissioner Carol Holden (R-Amherst).
"As my record will attest, I believe in being accessible to constituents, open government and working as a team player. I will use this experience to provide the most efficient County services, ensuring equity for county employees, while maintaining fiscal responsibility," Manney said in a statement.
Manney is serving her second term in the New Hampshire House of Representatives and serves on the Hillsborough County Executive Committee, which appropriates funds for the County.
