BOB CLEGG RECEIVES THREE BIG ENDORSEMENTS!
Walter Peterson, Jim Reams & J.D. Colcord Pick Clegg
Concord, NH – NH State Senator and candidate for the 2nd Congressional District, Bob Clegg, today accepted the endorsement of three prominent New Hampshire figures. Noting his dedication to public service and willingness to fight for the rights of individuals, former New Hampshire Governor Walter Peterson, Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams & Merrimack County Commissioner J.D. Colcord put their support behind Clegg in his run for Congress.
"Bob Clegg is the kind of dedicated and diligent public servant who will work effectively in the US Congress,” noted Governor Peterson.
“As a State Senator, Bob Clegg was a strong advocate for law enforcement. Senator Clegg promised to fight for New Hampshire children and he did so effectively. Senator Clegg was instrumental in salvaging the new tougher sentencing provisions of the Child Protect Act when the House had watered down those provisions,” said Reams.
Responding to the endorsements Clegg said, “I am very proud to receive the support of Governor Peterson, Attorney Reams and Commissioner Colcord. All three have worked very hard for people of our state, and with their help I hope to continue those efforts in Congress.”
