Clegg receives three endorsements

State Sen. Bob Clegg (R-Hudson) has announced that he has been endorsed by former governor Walter Peterson, Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams and Merrimack County Commissioner J.D. Colcord.

"Bob Clegg is the kind of dedicated and diligent public servant who will work effectively in the US Congress," Peterson said in a press release.

"As a State Senator, Bob Clegg was a strong advocate for law enforcement. Senator Clegg promised to fight for New Hampshire children and he did so effectively.  Senator Clegg was instrumental in salvaging the new tougher sentencing provisions of the Child Protect Act when the House had watered down those provisions," said Reams.

Clegg is competing in the Second Congressional District Republican primary against Jennifer Horn, Jim Steiner and Grant Bosse.
