State Rep. Sharon Carson (R-Londonderry) said in a press release that she has "unlimited financial and networking resources" for her state senate campaign.
Carson said she will put the resources towards a primary.
"Many see Carson as not only as the strongest possible candidate in the district, she also is known to have unlimited financial and networking resources," the press release said. "Carson's campaign has made it known she is willing to loan her campaign as much of her own money as needed to get her through any possible primary race, and she is also pulling in high profile endorsements."
Carson is running for Senate District 14 seat, which is being abandoned by current state Sen. Bob Clegg (R-Hudson), who has decided to run for the Second Congressional District seat.
The press release was issued to announce that she held a fundraiser last night.
Clegg and former U.S. Rep. Jeb Bradley (R-Wolfeboro) attend the fundraiser. Carson has also been endorsed by Manchester Mayor Frank Guinta and former House Speaker Donna Sytek.
"I am very please to see so many friends and colleagues from the State House here this evening," Carson said in the statement. "I really appreciate your support even before the candidate sign-up period has begun."

Get Sharon Some Help!
I think I speak for many Republicans when I say - PLEASE get Sharon Carson some real campaign help. While her message of "lobbyists love me" and "I'll spend whatever it takes" might be good for her ego, it is real bad politics. And the anonymous supporter bit in her press releases is childish. Its appears that a 13 year old is crafting her message and writing her releases.
She's a good legislator, but its time to step up her political game.
Bad Politics???
As one very active politico, I think it's about time we see more candidates willing to put their own skin in the game in terms of money. The Republicans certainly need more candidates like Rep Carson who have the ability to fully fund a campaign.
As far as her press release, it might be ego or it might be the 13 year old who Wilbert thinks is writing her releases knows about putting a stake in the ground to fend off potential primary challengers - I think that's one bright 13 year old.
Who knows, Rep Carson my need some help with her campaign but it doesn't appear she is short on political strategy at this point.
