Today in the U.S. Senate race

Editors note: This is a daily post that aims to provide a round-up of daily events surrounding the U.S. Senate race in New Hampshire.

The National Journal examines the new ad Citizens United is running in New Hampshire. The ad sparked Alex Reese, press secretary for the NHDP's Coordinate Campaign, to issue a statement that said "Sununu's position is that he thinks outside groups shouldn't be involved in this campaign even when they have thousands of New Hampshire members, but if a D.C.-based, pro-Bush group is supporting him, he's got no complaints."

The Politico reports that U.S. Sen. John Sununu (R-Waterville Valley) is a well-known poker player.

While, former Democratic Party Chairwoman Kathy Sullivan writes an op-ed in The Union Leader arguing that Sununu is not a fiscal conservative.
