How do you go from Dodd to McCain? Whatever you think of either, you've got to have some pretty flawed thinking to make that ideological leap.

Wow, what a reason for supporting the wrong candidate. McSame, ready on day one (thanks Hilary), best judgement, moderan world? McCain is still fighting the Vietnam War that rages in his head, but on the backs of this generation, as did Bush when he use the country to send America to Iraq just to 'go one up on his dad.'

What could be SO different about Barack Obama that these two Democrats can't bring themselves to vote for him, but would rather back a candidate that's oppposed to everything Hillary stands for?

What could it be? His Ivy League education? No. His law degree? No.... I'm sure I'll think of what it is eventually.....

You're all just AMAZED that not everyone is falling in line behind your messiah. When I first noticed Senator Obama, he seemed a large and impressive figure. The closer he has gotten and the more I have learned, the smaller he is. He has associated with the most vile pack of racist and anti-American losers you could dig up. That troubles people. But not you.

I love Obama and his supporters. It just has to be racism. When he won primaries it was DESPITE white racists and when he lost it was BECAUSE of white racists. So which is it? Is it racism when 90% of African Americans vote for for him? Nope. If you don't support HIM though, guess what? You guessed it. Your a racist piece of filth.

The good news is that Senator Obama is only half black. Which means, at most, I could only be half a racist. That should put me in rather large company I should think.

Instead of saying it must be racism you should use your critical thinking skills and ask what do others see that I don't. You might realize that you have a very inexperienced politician that brings nothing but soaring rhetoric to the table and all the while playing the race card. The hypocrisy is that he has followed the hostile and racist teaching of Rev. Wright for 20 years without complaint. Oh there is racism at play here but it is coming from Senator Obama and his supporters.

McCain is the very same type of Legacy leader as George Bush (and Kerry and Gore for that matter). The only thing he has done on his own was as a POW -- honorable yes, but does not a president make.

His father got him into Naval Academy -- where in an even worse fashion the Bush at Yale he failed in amazing agility.

Returning from Vietnam his new father in law spent the money to get him elected in AZ.

Compare that bio to self made democrats (Obama and Clinton), with achievements at every level. I don't get the "qualifications" or "judgement" arguments at all.

They are straw arguments for people who backed the wrong horse and are gambling on gaining some influence under someone else...

These two are nothing but a pair of whack-tivists who are worth nothing more than the pixels their names are written on.

If these "life long" Democrats were talking about voting for Nader, or McKinney, or writing in Clinton, I could respect that. But choosing to vote for a guy who is on record as opposing almost everything that Democrats are supposed to be against does make me question their motives.

Wouldn't the President need to know about the potential of computers and technology to be a great leader in the 21st century? I am just saying...

Are these two joking or are they just stupid? Do they have children that will be effected by the re-instatement of the draft McCain spoke of just this week-because as you know, according to McCain, WWIII has already begun. They must think he's experienced because he thinks we should drill for oil off our shores in order to bring gas prices down by .08 per gallon in 6 years? Perhaps they think he is smart because he supports the gas tax holiday that everyone else with a brain recognizes as a sham? The wife beating jokes are funny too. Have fun supporting a man who can't even speak appropriately on most days. All because your candidate didn't win. Neither of you should have a word such as prominent next to your names. Now is the time to stand up and lead and you're choosing to sit. Live.with.that!

The people of NH need to vote these clowns out of office. A McCain presidency would be a disaster for our country. I don't know how someone can call themselves a democrat and support McCain. His views are the opposite of Clinton, Kerry, Obama, etc.

I agree that African Americans voted for Gore, Kerry, and Bill Clinton in large numbers. That is a statement of fact. Isn't possible or even likely that they threw their support to those white democrats given that there was no real alternative, if in fact, they we voting Dem?

Now personally I am an independent so I am sure you and I would share a large number of points of agreement on issues. I also am enjoying the division of the Dems, if for no other reason that it makes good theater.

But I may be off kilter because I voted for Ross Perot twice. Anyway, These calls of racism, even the ones I alluded to in my earlier post are pointless anyway. We will have an election and the people will vote. We will have a new president either way. I am sure that is good news for all of us. I just would prefer it wasn't Senator Obama. Most likely I will be disappointed but NOT because of the color of his skin.

BHO is not a choice... Just ponder the familiar phrase "tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are"... All I need to list are Mr. Ayers, Ms. Dohrn, Rev. Wright, Father Pfleger, Mr. Rezko and a few other terrorists and dictators that want BHO as president. I could never cast a vote for an unqualified candidate with major lapses in character and judgment. I'll think of my Country first, Party second.

I, too, am a Democrat that will be voting for McCain over Obama. For me, it comes down to this - Obama is not qualified to be president. Unlike Obama, McCain has actually worked in a bipartisian manner. McCain has made hard choices that have alienated his party. Obama has never taken a tough stand or done much of anything.

And furthermore, Roe v. Wade is not going to be touched. The women of this country would not allow it, so spare me all those empty threats.

Public records indicate that she donated to McCain in the first quarter of this year, well before the Democratic Primary was over.

Any attempt by McCain or Mitchell to spin her support of McCain as an anti-Obama choice, rather than simply her decision to leave the Democratic Party in early 2008 to support the Republican John McCain is bogus.

I've been a life-long Republican. I proudly voted for Goldwater in 1964. Today's Republicans wouldn't know what to do with Goldwater.

McCain is a flip-flopping war-monger, who will continue to run up our national debt until we're owned, lock, stock, and barrel, by China.

It's not experience. It's judgement. If you want experience, vote for Cheney and Rumsfeld. Republicans really need to think about what they stand for.

These were no democrats from the begining that were just republicans in democratic clothing. This proves how dumb they really are. They are voting along racial lines and too chicken to admit it. Hillary had no more experience than Obama. If experience means anything the Bush adminstration would not have made such a diaster it did of our government.
