State senate candidate Andy Sanborn (R-Loudon) will be hosting a fundraising event at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway next week.
"Sure, golf tournaments may be fun, but wouldn't you rather experience the thrill of riding around NH Motor Speedway in a fast, exotic race car?" the fundraising appeal states.
The event will be taking place on Aug. 21, and a ticket gets you VIP access to the race.
Sanborn is running in the Republican primary against Larry Elliott (R-Antrim) for the district seven state Senate seat.

Will Andy pay his debts?
Will Andy use a portion of the proceeds to pay back some of the hundreds of thousands he owes to NH family run businesses. Times are tough, the could use the money he owes them.
Although I hope Sanborn
Although I hope Sanborn wins, it's more predicated on the fact that both his primary and general election opponents have stuck their hands in the 1.1 million taxpayers' cookie jar and taken out 5.5 billion each year.
And, frankly, I haven't seen a dime.

It's obvious you are just here to spin negativity and slander, so unless you want to come out or run for office yourself, please refrain from talking here.
Here are some details that you did not read in that ultra-liberal paper:
Mr. Sanborn stood up to a big business (one of his distributors) and in doing so, personally lost a lot of money (that is, in case you missed one of the things the newspaper DID factually report) What the paper did not say (go figure) is that he reached into his own pocket and paid off businesses that also got caught up in this fight. Sure, I am going to guess he did not pay off the business in question (ya know, the one that drove him into INVOLUNTARY bankruptcy) and there may be other details that I am not aware of, but he proved to me (as a board member of a company who was in this debacle) that he is a stand up guy.
Not only would I do business with him again, if he were in my district, I'd vote for him.
Andy raised $21,000.00 which
Andy raised $21,000.00 which half came from his own pocket or from his bar. If he has that much cash, why was he in bankruptcy court last month?
