Day 2: Dems learn the ropes

DENVER-On the second day of the Democratic National Convention, the New Hampshire delegation is getting their sea legs.

"Any of the snags that may have existed, people have hopefully worked out," said David Scannell, New Hampshire Democratic Party Executive Director. "People seem to have find some sort of groove by now."

Scannell also said that the guests of the delegation were seated next to the Kennedy family box at the Pepsi Center during the tribute to U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) on Monday night and the senator's appearance.

"People were really impressed with what he had to say," Scannell said.

Also for the second straight day U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester) and U.S. Rep. Paul Hodes (D-Concord) were able to secure passes for the delegates and their guests.
