MANNEY FAILS TO DISCLOSE CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURES
Pam Manney, my opponent in the Republican Primary for District 3 County Commissioner, did not file the August 20th Summary of Receipts and Expenditures as required by RSA 664. If there are expenditures exceeding $500 by August 20th for the Primary on September 9th, the filing is required.
Her required filing of expenditures over $500 was not on file at Noon today in the Secretary of State's Office in Concord. She has bought signs; taken out multiple political ads in newspapers such: as the Milford Observer, the Monadnock Ledger/Transcript, the Hudson Litchfield News, the New Boston Bulletin and the Goffstown News; and advertised on business web sites in Goffstown, Weare and New Boston. The total amount spent is well over the threshold of $500. All these political ads must be prepaid and the sign vendor wants to be paid upon delivery.
She claims to be in favor of open government, but she does not follow the election laws that require an open and transparent political process. Since she is a current state representative, she should be aware of the election law reporting process.
