Fuller Clark: Time to spread the message

DENVER-- State Sen. Martha Fuller Clark (D-Portsmouth) is hoping to bring her convention experience back to the Granite State.

Fuller Clark, a state co-chair for U.S. Sen. Barack Obama during the New Hampshire primary, said she is prepared to spread Obama's message to voters in her district.

"I think it will be my job when I return to carry his message to all the voters in my district and throughout the state," Fuller Clark told PolitickerNH.com in an interview. "Since I've been here and be a part of this historic moment I feel that I am more prepared to do that."

Fuller Clark said the message is to create a level playing field for average Americans.

"I belief that this convention has spoken to the need for us to help give people the opportunity to realize the American dream."

The Portsmouth Democrat added that she was proud of the New Hampshire delegation for their roll call vote, which was a unanimous vote for Obama.

"I'm really proud of the New Hampshire Democrats for casting a unanimous vote," she said.

yeah right

I don't like Obama... I am McCain all the way...

That being said... I don't think Obama needs Martha Fuller Clarks help getting out his message. After these two years and countless chances to meet Obama... you think voters are going to need Martha Fuller Clark's thoughts on it all? I am confident that the Obama message will survive without her.

I don't like and won't support what he says, but it has been loud enough so people know where he stands.

Thanks for trying Martha.

Two Class Acts

The only regret I have about the work of Martha Fuller Clark is that she isn't in Congress. She would have been great there, but was "swiftboated" before that became a term. Of course, Carol Shea-Porter is fantastic now, and that has let Martha be able to focus her talents on the NH State Senate where a little Googling will find the dozens of great things she's done to help Seacoast and New Hampshire working families.

Martha decided early on to support Barack Obama, and her help in his campaign made a difference. I'm looking forward to her insight as the election progresses. He's a class act, and so is she.

Callahan for State Senate

Fuller-Clark is old news. The voters of Portsmouth and the Seacoast need new leadership in the NH State Senate.

Christian Callahan is the leader we need. His business experience, coupled with his respect for the NH Constitution and a desire to be a change agent in Concord, make him my pick for NH State Senate!
