DENVER-The chairman of the New Hampshire Republican Party says he is "delighted" by the pick of Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska) for vice-president.
"First I'm delighted," Fergus Cullen said. "Sarah Palin has a record as a reformer and bringing changing to the Alaskan Republican Party. She has fought the establishment like Ted Stevens and Don Young that has quite frankly been a part of the problem."
Cullen said that Palin brings executive experience to the ticket.
"She's been an executive in government for more than 10 years, unlike Joe Biden who has never run anything larger than a one person law office and his senate office.
Cullen also said that Palin's pick "harkens back to McCain's 2000 message of reform that brought him to prominence."

Hit the nail on the head!
Hey Ferg!
You got it right for once!
"Ted Stevens and Don Young that has quite frankly been a part of the problem"
I am sure Senator Sununu is happy to see you acknowledge that his friend and supporter Ted Stevens is part of the problem! Guilt by association means Sununu is also part of the problem!
Glad to see that you think bringing more "Big Oil" into Washington is the right path! Let's bring more "Big Oil" to Washington so we can drill in Alaska and then instead of bringing that oil here it can be shipped to China and India! Great plan!
Did you not know she
Did you not know she introduced a wind falls profits tax on the oil companies in Alaska? Hardly a friend of big oil.
getting old
BIG OIL BOOGEYMAN!!!
BIG BUSINESS BOOGEYMAN!!!
New Hampshire citizens are tired of these childish Democratic talking points.
John Sununu has stood up for the citizens of New Hampshire, unlike Jeanne Shaheen, who failed us as Governor by doubling state spending, presiding over disturbing high-school dropout rates, and foisting the first ever state-wide property tax on NH's hardworking citizens.
Miss Congeniality
A pretty face with a thin resume.
Sorry, Fergie, but I think I'd rather have Joe Biden sitting across the table from Putin or Chavez.
