Since late July, everyday Bosse has named a program that he would cut if he was elected to Congress. Today, Bosse proposed eliminating the Advanced Technology Program and says his proposed spending cuts have totaled $30.1 billion.
The Hillsboro Republican also used the occasion to argue that he is the only candidate that would cut spending.
"If you can't say in a Republican primary where you are going to cut spending I think they'll be reluctant to do that in the general election," Bosse said at a press conference.
Bosse is running in the 2nd Congressional District primary against Jennifer Horn (R-Nashua), Jim Steiner (R-Concord) and state Sen. Bob Clegg (R-Hudson).
Bosse promised that if he did not win he would continue to campaign for the Republican ticket.
When asked to make a prediction about tomorrow Bosse said, "I have no idea what to expect because I don't know what voters will come out."
