Lloyd Basinow was NEVER elected to anything!

Do some fact checking folks. Lloyd Basinow was the ultimate cranky gadfly, running for every local and state office possible - never winning once. His constant negativity of everything and everthing harkens back to the days when Manchester was a tired depressed mill town. Joe Kelly Levasseur joyfully fills his crackpot shoes these days.
