Sununu requests more money

U.S. Sen. John E. Sununu ( R-Waterville Valley) has e-mailed supporters requesting campaign donations.

This is Sununu's second e-mail in two weeks.

Monday, March 31st is the deadline to submit campaign fundraising numbers for the first fiscal quarter.

"The media, my opponent, and the far left will use this report as one means of determining the strength of our campaign," the e-mail states. "With just a few days remaining until the campaign fundraising reporting deadline, now is the time to put the Democrats and their liberal allies on notice that my voice for individual rights will not be silenced in the United States Senate."

Shaheen's fundraising

I have gotten two email messages from the Shaheen campaign too. Looks like money is going to be a big in this race.

Her campaign was asking for donations from individuals to counter Sununu's money from Exxon Mobil.

Exxon Mobil takes plenty of my money every day - when I go to the pump and pay over 3.30/gallon for gas. Does that mean that I have donated to Sununu already? From my pocket to Exxon Mobil to Sununu?

An Excellent Senator

John Sununu is an excellent Senator and I am proud to have him representing this state in DC. What an excellent person...he actually saved a life back in January while eating at a restaurant in Manchester!
