Despite rumors he wants to run for governor, former Congressman Charlie Bass (R-Peterborough) said he is not considering running against Gov. John Lynch (D-Hopkinton).
Bass did leave room open for a possible future candidacy.
When asked if he's considering a run Bass said, "no, not at this time."
Bass is currently director of the Republican Main Street Partnership.
