Gregg aide Joel Maiola resigns to set up consulting firm

The long time Chief of Staff to U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg is resigning to set up his own political consulting firm, a report suggests.

The Union Leader broke the story this afternoon that Joel Maiola, who has been an aide to Gregg for 27 years, will be stepping down.

Maiola, 49, of Bow, will be replaced by Gregg's legislative director Allysa Shooshan.

Perfect

Joel has worked on every one of Judd Gregg's campaigns, and he has never lost...18-0

Sounds like a good record to me!

Terrific News!

This is great news for the good guys! Joel did a wonderful job running W's, Bradley's and Romney's campaigns to success. With Maiola on board, NH is virtually assured of staying blue.
