Howard loses votes in primary recount
By Brian LawsonThe Republican president primary recount requested by Albert Howard has concluded with Howard receiving less votes than when the recount began.
Howard originally finished with 44 votes, after the recount he finished with 37 votes.
It took the Secretary of State's Office almost three weeks to complete the statewide recount.
