Rochester is La-La land?

Rochester Mayor John Larochelle says he likes to analyze data to find trends.
And he claims to have found one on his own city council, Foster's Daily Democrat reports.
Six of the 13 Rochester City Council members have names that begin with the letters "La", a sign of the city's French Canadian roots. Two have names that begin with the letter "H".
