Former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen continues to lead U.S. Sen. John E. Sununu in their race for the Senate this year, a new poll out today suggests.
The Ramussen Poll gave Shaheen a 51 percent to 43 percent lead. The poll was taken Wednesday of 500 likely voters and has a margin of error of +/- 4.5 percent.
Interestingly, both were about even among men polled, but Shaheen held an 16 point lead among women and a 13 point lead with independents.
She led the same poll last month by the same spread.

Yet Sununu thinks his Giuliani strategy is working
Sheehen is out in front...maybe to stay, while the arrogant forces of the Sununu team keep up with their Giuliani-like strategy of waiting until August, when everyone is on vacation and not paying attention, to start campaigning.
