Sierra Club endorses Democrats for major state offices

The New Hampshire Sierra Club endorsed a slate of Democrats for the offices of governor, executive council and state senate.

They did not endorse in all of the races up this year, however. They only endorsed in 2 of 5 executive council races and 14 of 24 state senate races.

"They supported the Governor John Lynch’s effort to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. The new candidates showed their support for key environmental issues facing the state and demonstrated creativity to solve current problems,” said Jerry Curran, the Political Chair for the New Hampshire Chapter.

The full list of endorsements (including state house endorsements) can be found here.

Sierra Club Bias

When a Governor and Democratic legislature give $12,000 in taxpayer money to LCHIP funds in order to buy the favor of the environmentalist I don't wonder that they give their approval/endorsement to those who provide pork!
