Merrill, Bass form Devine Strategies

Former New Hampshire Charlie Bass (R-Peterborough) and Mitt Romney's former state director Jim Merrill have formed a new group called Devine Strategies.

Merrill will serve as the Managing Director and Bass will be a Senior Advisor.

Devine Strategies will be a part of the law firm Devine Millimet.

"From campaign organization to crisis management to strategic consulting on complex matters, Devine Strategies protects the interests of its clients throughout northern New England and in Washington, and helps to create an environment to achieve success," its mission statement states.
