NH Dems ask Attorney General to investigate polling

New Hampshire Democratic Party is requesting the Attorney General examines recent polling done by the Republican Governors Association (RGA).

This morning's Union Leader reported this morning that the RGA has been calling Granite State voters and asking for their opinion of Governor John Lynch.

"The Attorney General should immediately investigate and halt the illegal activities of the Republican Governors Association. This is not the first time this Washington-based group has come into New Hampshire to conduct its brand of gutter politics in an attempt to smear John Lynch," said Chairman Ray Buckley in a press release.

Buckley argues that since the RGA is violating New Hampshire campaign laws because the group is not with the Secretary of State's office.

"Fergus Cullen, Frank Guinta and Joe Kenney need to step up and tell their friends to stop breaking New Hampshire law," Buckley added.
