RGA says it will comply with AG order
By Alex IsenstadtThe RGA is out with its response on the Attorney General’s order.
Says RGA communications director Chris Schrimpf:
“We are pleased to have been vindicated from the New Hampshire Democratic Party’s accusation that the RGA engaged in a push poll. Although we do not agree with the unprecedented interpretation that bona fide polling requires RGA to register as a PAC in New Hampshire, we will comply with the assistant attorney general’s opinion.”
