During his concession speech in Florida, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was joined on stage by his New Hampshire campaign Chairman Wayne Semprini.
When highlighting his "twelve commitments to the American people", Giuliani pointed at Semprini and called him out by name.
"We've laid out our twelve commitments, which we unveiled in New Hampshire, right Wayne," Giuliani said.
On Wednesday, Giuliani will endorse John McCain at the Ronald Reagan presidential library.
