December 3, 2008

"As of 12:01 AM on December 3rd, which just passed, we're at an interesting moment provided for in the New Hampshire Constitution.

The New Hampshire Legislature right now doesn't exist.  The terms of all 424 members of the NH House and Senate to which they were elected in November of 2006 have expired, and the newly-elected 424 members who won on November 4th, 2008 will be sworn in at 10:00 AM later this morning."

State Rep. Jim Splaine
