Sununu sends out fundraising appeal

U.S. John E. Sununu (R-Waterville Valley) has sent out a fundraising e-mail urging supporters to donate by the end of the month.

Sununu uses recent attacks from various groups to appeal to donors.

"Fresh off another failed Presidential campaign, John Edwards has announced a coalition of left-wing groups, including MoveOn.org and Americans United for Change, is launching a multimillion dollar campaign aggressively targeting Senators who have supported our brave men and women around the world fighting the war against terrorism," the e-mail states. "I am number one on that list!"

"By making your contribution of $50 or more to my campaign before this deadline, you will send a strong message to the far left that you also oppose its agenda of higher taxes, increased spending, and more bureaucracy."
