UNH: Bush at 27 approval in state

A University of New Hampshire poll puts President George W. Bush's approval rating at 27 percent among adults.

The WMUR Granite State Poll, sponsored by WMUR-TV and conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, also shows that 70 percent of adults disapprove of Bush's handling of the economy and 61 percent disapprove of his handling of foreign policy.

UNH poll: Lynch cruising to re-election

Gov. John Lynch (D-Hopkinton) appears to be on his way to an easy third term.

According to a new poll, Lynch is beating his opponent, state Sen. Joe Kenney (R-Wakefield) 66 percent to 17 percent with 15 percent undecided.

Poll has good news for Lynch

Continuing a week of polls, a UNH poll shows Gov. John Lynch (D-Hopkinton) with an overwhelming lead over his Republican opponent.

Lynch is beating state Sen. Joe Kenney (R-Wakefield) 67 percent to 16 percent. The Granite State Poll, conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, shows Lynch gaining 45 percent of Republican voters against Kenney.

Lynch enjoys 73% approval rating

Governor John Lynch (D-Hopkinton) continues to enjoy a high approval rating from New Hampshire residents.

According to The Granite State Poll, conducted by The University of New Hampshire, seventy-three percent of adults favor the job Lynch has done so far. Only twelve percent disapprove of Lynch's performance.
