Billy Shaheen to speak at Dems office opening

Billy Shaheen will be speaking at the official opening of the headquarters for various Granite State Democratic campaigns.

Billy Shaheen, often a fixture on the campaign trail, has rarely been seen at events since he resigned as co-chair of U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton's New Hampshire campaign in December. Shaheen will be representing, his wife, Jeanne Shaheen's (D-Madbury) U.S. Senate campaign.

Victory opens headquarters

Days after announcing its Victory director, John McCain's New Hampshire campaign is planning to officially open its Victory headquarters.

The Victory campaign is tasked with coordinating Republican campaigns and get-out-the-vote efforts.

Sununu provides campaign update to supporters

U.S. Sen. John Sununu's (R-Waterville Valley) campaign has sent an e-mail to supporters providing them with a campaign update.

Two weeks, a congressional newspaper reported that New Hampshire Republican activists were worried that Sununu was not actively building a campaign organization.

According to the e-mail, Sununu has been campaigning across the state.

Belknap Dems to open office

The Belknap County Democrats are set to open a campaign office later this summer.

The "Democratic Victory '08 Headquarters" will be based in Laconia and open in June.

Clinton campaign stiffs property owner

Hillary Clinton's campaign rented a Portsmouth office and then left without paying the rent.

According to the Portsmouth Herald, Rochester physician Terry Bennett rented a small office to Clinton campaign workers and they left town with paying the $500 rent.  read more »
