ABC News: McCain decreasing TV presence in Granite State

John McCain's campaign is decreasing its television presence in Wisconsin and New Hampshire, according to a report by ABC News.

"Instead of placing new television advertising buys in those states, they say the McCain campaign is stretching out previous ad buys over more days rather than devote new ad money," ABC's News George Stephanopoulos reported.

Obama campaign opens Manchester headquarters

U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's "Campaign for Change" opened its Manchester headquarters with both a crowd of supporters and protestors standing outside the building.

Speaking at the event were New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley, Obama senior advisor Jim Demers, New Hampshire Democratic Party Political Director Mike Brunelle, state Sens. Lou D'Allesandro (D-Manchester) and Sylvia Larsen (D-Concord) and U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester).

McCain names New England communications director

Jeff Grappone has been named the New England communications director for John McCain's presidential campaign.

"Senator McCain will be mounting a strong campaign and I look forward to being a part of it," he told PolitickerNH.com.
