Horn goes after Hodes on tax bill

Believing that the “Big Mo” is on her side, 2nd District Congressional candidate Jennifer Horn is taking swings at the Democratic incumbent, U.S. Rep. Paul Hodes (D-Concord), for his opposition of a bill aimed at preventing tax hikes in next year’s state budget.

"Because Paul Hodes refused to stand up yesterday, New Hampshire families will now have a much greater tax burden,” Horn, a Republican, said in a statement.

Bosse files fundraising numbers

Second Congressional District candidate Grant Bosse (R-Hillsboro) reported that he raised $14, 471.00, during the first three months of the year.

Bosse also reported that he has $10,037.25 cash-on-hand.

Steiner raises $3,000

Second Congressional candidate Jim Steiner (R-Concord) has filed his first-quarter fundraising numbers.

Steiner raised $3,473.00 and has $10,581.63 cash on hand.

Steiner is competing in the Republican primary against State Sen. Bob Clegg (R-Hudson), Jennifer Horn (R-Nashua) and Grant Bosse (R-Hillsboro).
