Fox stumps for Shaheen

MANCHESTER-- Actor Michael J. Fox told Granite Staters that former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D-Madbury) is the best candidate to increase stem cell research in the United States Senate, a claim her opponent refutes.

Fox, diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991, campaigned with Shaheen in Durham and Manchester.
