Clinton delegates to vote for Obama

DENVER-U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton's New Hampshire delegates have decided to cast a unanimous vote for U.S. Sen. Barack Obama during today's roll call vote at the Democratic National Convention.

Kathy Sullivan, former New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairwoman, told PolitickerNH.com that the decision was made during a morning caucus for Clinton delegates.

Fire fighters hosts reception for delegates

DENVER-The Professional Fire Fighters of New Hampshire are hosting an "after gravel" reception for Granite State delegates after the convention speakers finish on Monday night.

"I thought it would be a nice gesture to show them [the delegates] a good time when they're out there," said David Lang, president of the Professional Fire Fighters of New Hampshire.

Lang said the event is not expecting any surprise guests.

"It's a pretty low-key event," he told PolitickerNH.com.

Lang added that he has not hosted a convention reception before but has hosted similar ones in New Hampshire.

Edwards delegate endorses Obama

One of John Edwards's New Hampshire delegates has decided to endorse Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.).

State Rep. Sharon Nordgren (D-Hanover) becomes the fourth Edwards delegate to endorse Obama.

"I think the primary process has ended and it is important for the party to unite behind one candidate," Nordgren told PolitickerNH.com. "I feel comfortable enough with his positions to endorse him."
