CONCORD- Former state Sen. Tom Eaton (R-Keene) has formed a political action committee.

According to the filing, the "Friends of Tom Eaton" PAC was established for a run at the state senate.

Former Arkansas Governor, and Republican presidential candidate, Mike Huckabee has started a new political action committee called "Huck PAC."

"Huck PAC is founded on the principles that make America great: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness," the PAC's website states. "We will identify candidates who hold firm to these principles, promote their campaigns and financially support their efforts."

The first candidate Huckabee is supporting is State Senator Bob Clegg (R-Hudson).

The Republican Governor's Association (RGA) has registered as a political action committee (PAC) with the state of New Hampshire.

According to the filings with the Secretary of State, the purpose of the committee is "to survey the people of New Hampshire about public issues and public officials, and possibly to support the election of a yet-to-be determined Republican gubernatorial nominee and/or oppose the election of a yet-to-be determined Democratic gubernatorial nominee."
