Clegg receives three endorsements

State Sen. Bob Clegg (R-Hudson) has announced that he has been endorsed by former governor Walter Peterson, Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams and Merrimack County Commissioner J.D. Colcord.

"Bob Clegg is the kind of dedicated and diligent public servant who will work effectively in the US Congress," Peterson said in a press release.

Romney, Bradley to attend NH Political Library fundraiser

Former Governor Mitt Romney (R-Mass.) and former U.S. Sen. Bill Bradley (D-New Jersey) are scheduled to attend 2008 New Hampshire Primary Awards Dinner, sponsored by the New Hampshire Political Library.

Romney and Bradley will be recognized for their support of the New Hampshire primary.

State House birthday party for Granny D

CONCORD- Campaign finance icon Granny D celebrated her 98th birthday with a party at the New Hampshire State House.

The party, held at the office of State Senators Betsi DeVries (D-Manchester) and Molly Kelly (D-Keene), featured an oil painting of Granny D, cake for guests and toasts from prominent politicians.  read more »
