Tobin indicted on new charges

James Tobin has been indicted on new charges relating to the phone-jamming case, The Union Leader reported.

In 2002 Tobin worked for the Republican National Committee and helped form a plan to jam the phone lines of the Democratic Party's get-out-the-vote efforts.

Shaheen jokes about Sununu indictment

DENVER-Former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D-Madbury) said at a Democratic fundraiser that she hoped U.S. Sen. John Sununu (D-Waterville Valley) would be indicted, according to First Read.

Shaheen made the comment while discussing the election and Sununu often being called the most vulnerable Republican incumbent, but later told a reporter that she met it has a joke.
