Concord, New Hampshire. The signatures are good! The New Hampshire Department of State has confirmed that George Phillies will be a Libertarian candidate for President this November. 3,000 signatures were required. Libertarian Party of New Hampshire volunteers actually submitted 3,369.

Update: Phillies qualifies for N.H. ballot

Despite not gaining his party's presidential nomination, Massachusetts Libertarian George Phillies has qualified to appear on the New Hampshire ballot.

According to the Secretary of State office Phillies has collected 3,369 signatures, surpassing the threshold required by law.

Barr to visit Manchester

Libertarian presidential candidate Bob Barr is scheduled to visit Manchester on July 22.

Barr, a former U.S. Rep. from Georgia, will visit Manchester's Murphy's Taproom at 8:00pm, The Concord Monitor's Lauren Dorgan is reporting.
