NRSC poll shows close Senate race

A poll sponsored by the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has the United States Senate race tightening between former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D-Madbury) and incumbent U.S. Sen. John Sununu (R-Waterville Valley).

The poll, conducted by Public Opinion Strategies, showed Sununu losing to Shaheen 43 percent to 46 percent on October 23. According to a NRSC memo, the poll had Sununu at 41 percent and Shaheen at 47 percent on October 20.

New Poll shows Horn/Hodes race a dead heat

 

NASHUA – Jennifer Horn, Republican candidate for Congress, released a memo from Public Opinion Strategies (POS) highlighting the results of a survey conducted September 16-17, 2008.  The survey found that Paul Hodes has only a four-point lead over Jennifer Horn – a lead that is within the margin of error (39% Horn – 43% Hodes).

NRSC poll shows narrow race

A new poll conducted by the National Republican Senatorial Committee shows former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen leading U.S. Sen. John Sununu by two percentage points.

According to the poll Shaheen is beating Sununu 46 percent to 44 percent. The poll also showed that Sununu has a favorable rating of 50 percent and unfavorable of 36 percent, while Shaheen has a favorable rating of 53 percent and unfavorable rating of 37 percent.
