All September polls show N.H. is close

There have been eight independent polls in New Hampshire this month, all showing the race for New Hampshire's four electoral votes to be exceptionally tight between Barack Obama and John McCain:

Research 2000 (Sept. 22-24) Obama 48%, McCain 44%
Strategic Vision (Sept. 22-24) Barack Obama 46%, John McCain 45%
7 News/Suffolk University (September 24) Obama 46%, McCain 45%
National Journal (Sept. 18-22) Obama 44%, McCain 43%
Rasmussen Reports (Sept. 23) McCain 49%, Obama 47%
Marist College (Sept. 17-21) Obama 51%, McCain 45%
University of New Hampshire (Sept. 14-21) McCain 47%, Obama 45%
CNN/Time (Sept. 7-9) Obama 51%, McCain 45%
