No leader? Bad idea.
Re: Not replacing Whalley, I think it's a ludicrous idea. Does the GOP in Concord somehow NOT need leadership at this crucial election year? Is Mr. Whalley irreplacable (which, I suppose, is the seeming "symbolism" here)?
The GOP in the statehouse needs to get their collective acts together, and not having a leader is the WRONG way to go about it.
